Experienced Coaching Professional
In 2013 I became a widow. My entire life changed. I faced challenges that I was not prepared for, was lost and didn't know what to do. I have learned from my mistakes, completed hundreds of hours of research and have found successful ways to move forward and find true joy in life. I understand depression, frustration, being stuck and the feeling of failure. And I also understand how to change all of those feelings with daily steps that have brought my life to a feeling of utter joy, even in the difficult times.

In addition to 1-on-1 consultations and group sessions, I regularly host workshops and seminars for people who are interested in developing their own coaching techniques.
While I am based in Denver, CO, I am able to help people around the world due to the power of video conferences or phone calls.
